$15 /hour after 4 hours with max of 7 hours

We accept personal checks and credit cards.
Financial Assistance
Clay Street Center is able to provide financial assistance to those who qualify due to funds provided by the Area Agency on Aging of West Michigan.
Long Term Care Insurance
Check your policy. It may cover adult day services. Often there is a co-pay or deductible to be met before the insurance company begins paying.
Medicaid Waiver
Clay Street Center has a contract with Area Agency on Aging of West Michigan (AAAWM) and is able to provide services to Medicaid Waiver participants at no cost to the client.
Payment is arranged in person at Clay Street Center.
